Brian A. Addy has been practicing criminal law in and around Tazewell county for over twenty-six years, first as an Assistant State's Attorney and later as a defense attorney. Brian has handled thousands of DUIs, misdemeanors, Felony cases, and Secretary of State Hearings to reinstate Driving privileges. Brian is a graduate of Bradley University.
Steve Bush has been an attorney with over 25 years of experience in family and criminal law as well as Secretary of State work. Steve has worked as a construction worker prior to becoming a lawyer and brings a common sense approach to the practice of law. Steve handles criminal and secretary of state cases.
Bob Neiner is a former Assistant State's Attorney in Mclean and Tazewell county. As a prosecutor he was the head DUI prosecutor and felony traffic attorney and worked his way through all of the criminal divisions. Bob has also lectured for the Illinois State Bar Association Law Update in the areas of Traffic laws, DUI and Field Sobriety testing. Bob handles criminal matters, with emphasis on DUI, Secretary of State hearings, and expungements.
Jason Netzley is a former Assistant State's Attorney in Mclean and Woodford county. In Woodford county Jason was the only Assistant and was responsible for everything that happened in his courtroom whether it was a traffic ticket up to felony cases. Jason also has handled expungements and civil matters including giving opinions to the county board. Besides law, Jason also holds a Master's Degree in Business and is working on his C.P.A license. Jason handles divorce, bankruptcies, and criminal matters.
